We partner with a network of talented international designers, artisan workshops, and specialized fulfillment centers to bring these styles directly to your doorstep. We are committed to transparency in our processes and providing support throughout your shopping journey.
1. Order Placement & Confirmation

Placing Your Order: Browse our collections of women's apparel, jewellery, bags, shoes, hair accessories, and more. Select your desired items, sizes, and colors, and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout to enter your shipping and payment information.

Payment Methods & Security: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.), PayPal, GooglePay, and more. If certain payment options are not showing or available on the product page or at checkout, we sincerely apologize, as we may not be able to accept those payment options in your region at this time. All transactions are securely processed and encrypted.

Payment Issues: If your payment attempt fails, please first double-check all entered card and billing details. If issues persist, contact your bank or card issuer, as they may have placed restrictions. You can also try an alternative payment method.

Shipping vs. Billing Address: You may use different shipping and billing addresses. However, for security, significant discrepancies may prompt a brief verification contact from us.

Shipping Address Restrictions: To ensure reliable delivery and manage logistical complexities with our international partners, VERVEIL Official currently does not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or hotel addresses. Please provide a valid physical residential or business street address for shipping. Orders with restricted addresses may be subject to cancellation or require an alternative address.

Freight Forwarders: While you can use a freight forwarding service (at a valid physical street address), please be aware that our responsibility for the package ends once it is delivered to and signed for by the freight forwarding company. Any subsequent shipping, handling, damage, loss, or customs issues from the freight forwarder to your final destination are your responsibility and that of the forwarding service you have chosen.

Currency: Transactions are processed in either USD, CAD, GBP, or EUR, as indicated at checkout. Your bank handles conversion to your local currency and may apply fees.

Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to the address provided. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it in your inbox.
2. Order Processing & Product Information

Processing Time: Once your order is confirmed, please allow at least 2-5 business days for our international partners to process, verify, pick, quality-check, and pack your items. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays in the region of the dispatching fulfillment center.

Order Modifications & Cancellations: Due to our rapid processing system designed to dispatch your order quickly through our international network, modifications (e.g., size/item changes, address changes) or cancellations are challenging once an order is confirmed and enters the processing stage. Contact assist@verveil-official.com IMMEDIATELY (ideally within 1-2 hours of ordering) with your order number for any urgent requests. We will do our utmost to assist if the order has not yet been transmitted to our fulfillment partners, but we cannot guarantee changes will be possible.

We strive for accurate inventory. In the rare event an item (apparel, jewellery, accessory, etc.) becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly via email to discuss options (refund, alternative).

We partner with designers and suppliers reputed for quality. While items are dispatched directly from them, we monitor feedback to uphold standards. For item-specific questions (e.g., fit for apparel/shoes, material composition for jewellery, dimensions for bags) not detailed on the product page, please contact us before ordering, and we will endeavour to get information from our partners.

Processing Cut-Off Times: Orders placed late in the day (local time of our international partners), on weekends, or on public holidays will typically begin processing on the next business day.
3. Shipping & Delivery

International Shipping: VERVEIL Official is proud to offer international shipping for our women's fashion, jewellery, and accessories collections to many countries, including the U.K., U.S., Canada, and most of Europe. Available shipping destinations (valid physical street addresses only) will be confirmed at checkout.

Dispatch Locations: To offer our diverse range, products may be dispatched from various international fulfillment centers and design partners.

Once processed and shipped, the estimated delivery timeframe is typically between 5-20 business days. You can often check a more specific estimated delivery date to your particular address/region on the product page or at checkout.

This range accounts for international transit, handling by various postal services, and customs clearance procedures in your country. Please note these are estimates. Actual delivery times can be influenced by destination, customs efficiency, peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, etc), or unforeseen global/carrier disruptions.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.

Multiple Shipments: To ensure you receive items as quickly as possible and due to sourcing from different international style partners, your order may sometimes arrive in separate packages and potentially at slightly different times. If so, individual tracking numbers will typically be provided for each parcel.

Shipping Carriers: We utilize a range of established postal services and international carriers selected by our fulfillment partners based on your destination to provide reliable delivery. We do not currently offer customers the option to select a specific carrier or to upgrade to an expedited shipping service beyond our standard estimates.

Signature on Delivery: The requirement for a signature upon delivery can vary depending on the shipping carrier, the value of the order, and the specific import regulations of your country. It is not guaranteed that a package will be left without a signature; one may be required. Please monitor your tracking information for carrier notices.
4. Order Tracking

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order (or part of it) is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to the respective shipping carrier's website.

Tracking Updates: Please allow 24-72 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving the shipping confirmation. For international shipments, detailed scans may not appear until the package reaches a major sorting hub or your country's postal system. If tracking has not updated for more than 5-7 business days post-processing, please contact us.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Recipient's Responsibility: For all international orders shipped by VERVEIL Official, the recipient is solely responsible for any import duties, customs fees, Value Added Tax (VAT), sales taxes, or other local taxes and charges levied by the destination country's customs office or government authorities. These charges are not included in the item price you pay to us or in the shipping cost displayed at our checkout.

Customs Clearance: If your package is held by customs, they will typically contact you directly. While we can provide a copy of your order confirmation if needed, customs clearance procedures and payments are the recipient's responsibility.

Refusal to Pay Customs Fees: If a package is refused by the recipient due to non-payment of customs fees or other import charges, it may be returned to the original sender (our international fulfillment partner) by the shipping carrier, or in some cases, it may be abandoned or destroyed by customs. Any refund, if applicable and if the package is safely returned, would be contingent upon this return and would likely have any original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any duties/taxes incurred by us deducted. In situations where return costs exceed the goods' value or if the package is abandoned, a refund may not be possible.
6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address Provided by Customer: VERVEIL Official is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete physical street address provided by the customer if the order is already in transit or has been delivered to that address. Please double-check your address carefully at checkout.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is undeliverable (e.g., due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailable after multiple attempts by the carrier) and is returned to our fulfillment partner, additional shipping fees may apply if you wish for the order to be re-shipped.

Package Marked "Delivered" but Not Received:

Check with other household members, neighbours, or building reception/concierge.

Carefully look around your delivery location (e.g., porch, side door, mailroom).

Allow 24-48 business hours after the "delivered" scan, as it can sometimes be premature.

Item Appearance, Materials & Sizing: We strive for accurate product photos and descriptions, including material composition for items like jewellery and detailed dimensions for accessories where provided by our partners. Slight variations in color or minor detailing may occur due to screen calibration, lighting during photography, or the unique nature of items from diverse international designers. For all items โ especially jewellery (regarding materials and potential sensitivities), apparel/shoes (regarding fit), and accessories (regarding dimensions and specific features) โ it is crucial to refer to the specific details, material information, size charts, and measurements provided on EACH product page before ordering. Sizing and material properties can vary significantly across our globally sourced styles.

Packaging: To ensure safe and efficient international transit, your items may arrive in practical, often unbranded packaging from our fulfillment partners. Our focus is on the quality of the fashion, jewellery, and accessories inside.

Gifts (Including Jewellery Offered as Gifts/Promotions): Due to our direct shipping model from various international partners and customs requirements for declaration of contents and value, we cannot guarantee the omission of pricing information from packages. We do not currently offer specialized gift wrapping or personalized note services.
